Free and open around the clock, with shops 09:00-23:00 and lights 19:00-23:00 in summer and 18:30-23:00 in winter. Enter at floor 11 from Xiaoshizi metro and walk down. Best angles are the middle of Qiansimen Bridge, the Jiangbeizui riverbank and the Daijiaxiang cliff walk.
